The Search page in Simplifile allows you to quickly look up documents. You can begin searching for documents with just the date range and state. If you’re wanting to narrow down your search, you have the option to filter by recording information, grantor/grantee name, doc type, submitter name, or document ID.
Once you’ve selected your parameters, click Search for a list of results. From here you can review fees, open documents, view history, and print.
To print, select the documents you wish to print using the check boxes, then select Print under Actions. You can also print individual documents by clicking on the three dots in the Actions column.
