Document submitters can now select an optional Expected Submission Date that will indicate when you’ll be submitting documents for e-recording. Unlike Scheduled Submission Date, nothing will happen automatically when the specified date is reached. It is simply informational if you wish to add this to your workflow.
An administrator can enable this field for an organization by checking Allow users to specify an Expected Submission Date for packages setting on the organization's Document Preparation & Workflow page, shown below. This setting is disabled by default.
