The process for completing an MOU for SECURE counties in the state of California can now be automated.
When you begin the process of adding a SECURE county to your Simplifile account, you are presented with a Customer of Secure Agent Form. From the dropdown, select Company ERDS Eligibility and indicate a business category. From there, you will select the business type and click Read Form.
A new tab opens with a form that is auto-populated with the data entered, as well as what we have on file. Click Approve if the information is correct.
An additional pop-up window will indicate the form was successfully sent to Simplifile Support and remind you to send additional documentation if needed. Once you close the pop-up window, you will be brought back to the previous screen. Click the OK button to exit the MOU process. The top right corner displays "County added and pending registration."
